Car insurance prices keep going up. Who should I go with instead?

    I was paying $169.74 for insurance on one vehicle in Georgia, but my renewal statement showed an increase to $345.68. That’s almost double! Because of this, I switched to Progressive and am now paying $155.

    I have Amica for my auto insurance in Florida, and I pay approximately $400 per month for just the car as part of a bundle that costs me $1600 per month for home, auto, boat, and flood insurance. While I’m generally happy with their service, I’m always open to switching if I could find a better deal.
